An ordinary keyboard has the numeric keypad where the mouse should be forcing your arm to stretch outward to reach for the mouse.
The Evoluent Full Featured Compact Keyboard is available in a wired version only. The wireless version works via mini USB receiver so just plug & play without any driver software.
